Norm was with us, and even ahead of us, every step of the way. For example, after we were in escrow, we couldn’t close because of city permitting issues. He was persistent to get answers and a solution: he regularly called permitting offices and went in-person, he called architects, he called the sellers agent until he was able to give us a clear picture of the issues based on facts and how to overcome. Norman was our agent while looking to buy.He gave us excellent representation, ALWAYS in immediate contact with us, never letting but a few hours pass (at most!) when we had any questions, concerns, or comments. When things were tough he stepped in before we could even blink (I kid you not!) to get the information needed, or to contact the important persons to get things moving. He gave us great recommendations and advice based on his experience, and if for any reason he didn't have an answer to something right then, he got it quickly.
